The discussion will be led by Dean Jeffrey Kotlowski, a nationally known presidential historian and Fulbright scholar. Kotlowski earned critical acclaim for his book Nixon’s Civil Rights: Politics, Principle, and Policy, published by Harvard University Press. He is a history professor at Salisbury University.
